Real Estate Development

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Farrah had devoted significant portion of his practice for the past 25 years to representing parties in real estate acquisition and development, incluidng zoning and subdivision matters.  Projects include the following:

          - - Acquisition of over 1,000,000 square feet of what is currently Boston office space;

          - - Acquisition of over 30 Boston apartment buildings and conversion of many of those buildings into condominiums;

          - - Acquisition and subdivision of eight vacant parcels of land in Eastern Massachusetts into eight different subdivisions, totaling over 60 lots;

          - - Acquisition of a 34 acre parcel of land in Eastern Massachusetts and successfully securing the issuance of over 12 different state and local permits for the development of that land into a new cemetery.
