Albert L. Farrah, Jr. is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
 
Farrah Law Offices has been included in the 2006 Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.  Only 5% of of all U.S. law firms receive this most distinguished and respected honor.
 
Mr. Farrah has been listed in Who's Who in American Law, and enjoys a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, the highest rating available to lawyers, and one that only approximately 20% of the legal community receives
 
He attended Phillips Academy, Andover, MA, the University of Massachusetts and Suffolk Law School, from which he received his JD degree in 1974.
 
He formerly served as an assistant district attorney in Essex County and acted as of-counsel to the Boston construction litigation firm of Corwin & Corwin LLP.
 
He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.  Mr. Farrah has participated in numerous jury trials, bench trials and commercial arbitrations during his career.  He is experienced in commercial litigation and personal injury litigation, including wrongful death and premises liability.  In addition, he has an extensive background in real estate development and the representation of real estate developers, in both construction and litigation related matters, all as more particularly described in these web pages.
 
Mr. Farrah specializes in the representation of  injured parties in personal injury litigation on a contingent fee basis, and business clients in litigation under various billing arrangements, including result based fee agreeements, contingent fee and mixed fee agreements.
 
The firm does not represent defendants in personal injury or wrongful death matters.
